Yuval Brisker -- President & CEO
Yuval Brisker is a Co-Founder of TOA Technologies. He is a passionate customer service advocate and the thought leader behind TOA's unique focus on the Customer Experience through Customer Appointment ManagementTM (CAMTM). Mr. Brisker, along with his partner Irad Carmi, envisioned a technology company that would solve the infamous problem of customers "waiting for the cable guy". Their company, TOA Technologies, along with the innovative software service they developed, is now redefining Mobile Workforce Management and leading the industry with a fresh approach: Customer Appointment ManagementTM. Before founding TOA, Mr. Brisker had extensive experience establishing, growing and managing various technology related ventures, at MaxBill Inc., an international Telecom Billing software vendor based in Israel and Visual Information based in New York. Before founding Visual Information, Mr. Brisker practiced architecture in New York City. Mr. Brisker is completing an MA in Film Studies from New York University, and has a Bachelor of Architecture from the Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, New York and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Design from Bezalel Academy in Jerusalem, Israel.

Irad Carmi -- President & CTO
Irad Carmi is a Co-Founder of TOA Technologies and is the technology architect and visionary behind ETAdirect's self learning CAM engine. An avid early adopter and a renaissance man, Mr. Carmi established the unique Software-as-a-Service platform that is one of TOA's unique strengths. He has twelve years experience designing and implementing software solutions in a broad range of roles and environments. Prior to founding TOA, Mr. Carmi was a Systems Architect at MaxBill Inc., an international Telecom Billing software vendor based in Israel. Mr. Carmi's passion for the technology business is matched only by his love of and dedication to music: an accomplished professional classical musician before becoming a programmer, Mr. Carmi has performed as principal flutist with orchestras worldwide. He has recorded and appeared live at Carnegie Hall as well as throughout North America, Europe and Israel. Mr. Carmi has a Masters of Music degree from the Cleveland Institute of Music.

Fred Binstock -- Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Fred Binstock has spent much of his career joining early stage companies and defining and implementing growth strategies to build company's infrastructure in the areas of Finance and Administration. Prior to joining TOA Fred was the Chief Financial Officer for Franklin & Seidelmann, the third largest Teleradiology Company in the USA. In this role, Mr. Binstock was responsible for the finance and administration function of the Company. Mr. Binstock also played a part in the areas of operations and sales and marketing during an earlier stage. During his tenure at Franklin & Seidelmann the Company's volume grew 700% and its employee base grew by 500%. Prior to Franklin & Seidelmann, Mr. Binstock served as Chief Financial Officer for several early stage companies including AtomicBox Logistics, a third-party logistics and e-fulfillment service company where he was also a founding member of the executive team. Mr. Binstock also served as Controller of Voice-Tel Enterprises, a Telecommunications company, which grew from a $2 million as an early stage development company to a $135 million division of a public company. During his tenure at Voice-Tel, Mr. Binstock was instrumental at building a number of areas including finance, accounting and human resources. Mr. Binstock started his career at Ernst & Young, where he spent 11 years on the audit staff serving numerous clients in various industries. Mr. Binstock earned a BBA in accounting from Kent State University and is a CPA. He is an active member of the Ohio Society of CPA's and American Institute of CPA's.

Alexey Turchyn -- VP Research and Development
Alexey Turchyn brings over 15 years of software development management experience to TOA Technologies. As Vice President of Research and Development, he leads the technological research, product design and software development processes. He is responsible for managing implementations at customer locations, finalizing requirements, providing design development and testing, system installation and on-going support during User Acceptance Testing, production rollout and beyond. Before joining TOA in 2003, Mr. Turchyn was responsible for solution delivery for Tier 1 customers at MaxBill Inc, an international telecom billing software vendor. Prior to that, he was a director of a software company, providing solutions to trading companies. He holds an MA and a BA in Applied Mathematics from Kharkov National University in the Ukraine.

Susan E. McLaughlin -- VP Strategic Sales, US
Susan McLaughlin has nearly 20 years of Marketing and Operations experience both at Technology Start- Ups and Fortune 500 companies. Before TOA, Ms. McLaughlin was a VP of Marketing and Operations for Charter Communications, the US' third largest cable and broadband communications company. Prior to Charter, she worked for Maritz, a marketing services company, where she was marketing consulting to Fortune 500 companies. Before Maritz, Ms. McLaughlin worked for ITT Commercial Finance. McLaughlin has a Bachelor's in Communications from University of Missouri-St. Louis, a Master's in International Affairs from Washington University, St. Louis, and an MBA from St. Louis University.

Assaf Morag -- VP Business Development
Assaf Morag is TOA's Vice President of Business Development, responsible for partnerships, channels, M&A activities and new markets. Prior to joining TOA, Dr. Morag was at Intel Corp, Digital Health Group where as Product Manager he led the world-wide introduction of the 'Mobile Clinical Assistant' through the creation of partnerships with manufactures, large software companies and end users (hospitals). Dr. Morag has been involved in entrepreneurship and enterprise software for the past 25 years. In 1992, Dr. Morag co-founded and lead Pegasus Medical, which developed a computerized patient record software product. In 1995, Pegasus was sold to HBOC (today McKesson; NASDAC-MCK). Dr. Morag stayed with HBOC for 4 years as Executive VP where he continued to lead the computerized medical records department. In 1999 he left HBOC to become the co-founder and CEO of Healinx (www.relayhealth.com), an online service that connects patients, physicians and pharmacies. Healinx was also eventually sold to McKesson in 2006. After leaving Healinx, Dr. Morag created a management consulting business, working with software, medical device and pharmaceutical companies. Dr. Morag has an MD from Ben-Gurion University in Israel and an MBA from Santa Clara University, California.

Ilan Solel -- VP Business Development, Europe
With more than 10 years of experience in Sales and Biz Dev, Ilan Solel brings an extensive and diverse background international business development experience in the telecommunications market. Prior to joining TOA in 2004, Mr. Solel held management positions in sales and business development at Scitex Vision Europe and Maxbill, Ltd. in Israel. He began his career as business development manager at Paspartoo, an Internet company focused on the providing a platform for graphic and print industries. He has an MSc from Oxford University, Oxford, UK and a BA from the Bar Ilan University, Ramat Gan, Israel.

Pini Koren -- VP Customer Operations
Pini Koren is responsible for the delivery of the ETAdirect Service, leading the Professional Services Group as well as the Customer Support group and the Project Management Office. Prior to joining TOA Technologies, Pini Koren was the VP of Business Development for AMCG, an International Operations Management Consulting firm, where he initiated and developed the company's Hewlett-Packard account. Prior to AMCG, Pini Koren spent more than 14 years at Intel Corp. (1990 - 2005) where he served as the Industrial Engineering DM at Fab17 in Hudson, MA, and managed the planning of the Fab conversion to the most advanced Intel technology. Prior to that he led the consolidation of all Intel's mature manufacturing technologies into Fab8, Jerusalem. Pini has a B.Sc in Industrial & Management Engineering from Ben-Gurion University, Israel, and a MBA from Henley Management College in the UK.
