
The IT Project Manager:
- Manages implementation of a SaaS web-based software at multiple client sites.
- Responsible for building project plans, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities,
and monitoring cost and progress of implementation projects.
- Evaluates project risks and works with customers and internal resources
such as the project management office (PMO), account managers,
and system analysts to mitigate project risks and to ensure flawless implementation on time.
- Has an excellent knowledge of IT Project Management concepts,
practices, tools and procedures is required.
- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Performs a variety of tasks.
- Leads and directs implementation teams.
Minimum requirements for the successful candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related areas
- At least 8 years of managing successful IT implementation projects.
- Project Management Certification a plus.
Successful candidates will have:

- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
along with strong presentation skills and
the ability to report effectively to top management.
English fluency is a must, additional languages a plus.
- Outstanding organizational skills, strong operational discipline and attention to details.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex deliveries to clients in a fast-paced customer-driven environment.
- Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter and work independently and creatively while meeting deadlines.
- Experience working with Tier-1 telecommunication customers.
- Enthusiasm, sincerity and passion about serving the customer.
- A high sense of time, urgency and motivation to get the job done.
- The utmost integrity, honesty and confidentiality in all matters pertaining to the conduct of business operations.
