Where Does Innovation Come From?

CRM asked several business leaders what they thought about question and TOA got an excellent mention via a conversation that the magazine had with one our customers, Mark Masenheimer, the General Manager of Blue Ridge Communications. Mark points out something that is core to TOA’s unique approach to problem solving: looking at a problem from the outside in first not from the inside out, and only when we have a premise or an approach – going back into the problem and getting the inside view. In this way we can remove ourselves, initially, from the day to day pressures and internal dynamics that sometimes cloud the creative mind. Cause sometimes it takes a completely unbiased, almost ‘naive’ approach to see things anew. Never underestimate the power of a fresh look.
