Yuval Brisker — President & Chief Executive Officer

Co-founder of TOA Technologies, Yuval Brisker is a passionate customer service advocate and the thought leader behind TOA’s unique focus on the customer experience. With Irad Carmi, Mr. Brisker envisioned a predictive solution for the infamous problem of customers "waiting for the cable guy." Before founding TOA, Mr. Brisker had extensive experience growing and managing various technology related ventures at MaxBill Inc., an international telecom billing software vendor in Israel; and Visual Information in New York. Before founding Visual Information, Mr. Brisker practiced architecture in New York City with HOK. Mr. Brisker has a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the Pratt Institute, a BS in Environmental Design from Bezalel Academy in Jerusalem, and is completing an MA in Film Studies from New York University.

Irad Carmi — President & Chief Technology Officer

Co-founder of TOA Technologies, Irad Carmi is the architect and visionary behind TOA’s self-learning predictive technology. An avid early adopter and renaissance man, Mr. Carmi has taken Software-as-a-Service to a new level by introducing it to enterprise-grade companies with mission-critical functions. He has fifteen years experience designing and implementing software solutions in a broad range of roles and environments. Prior to founding TOA with Yuval Brisker, Mr. Carmi was a Systems Architect at MaxBill Inc., an international Telecom Billing software vendor based in Israel. An accomplished professional classical musician before becoming a technologist, Mr. Carmi has performed as principal flutist with orchestras worldwide. Mr. Carmi has a Masters of Music degree from the Cleveland Institute of Music, and has recorded and appeared live at Carnegie Hall as well as throughout North America, Europe and Israel.

Richard Alden — President, TOA Technologies Europe

Richard Alden understands first-hand the need for customer-centric mobile workforce management. For 10 years, Mr. Alden was the CEO of ONO, Spain’s largest cable broadband provider and oversaw the development of ONO’s business from inception to serving over 1.9 million customers with billions of Euros of annual revenue. Mr. Alden is a telcoms and broadband veteran who knows and understands the business from many angles, as an operator, as a client and as a consultant. Prior to ONO, Mr. Alden held positions as CFO of Optel Inc in the USA and as CFO of Videotron Holdings in the UK, both part of the Canadian Videotron Group. Mr. Alden is currently a non-executive director of several European media and telecoms businesses, including FON, the world’s largest free Wi-Fi community.

Bruce Grainger - Senior Vice President, Americas

Bruce Grainger brings to TOA over 20 years of technology sales and executive management experience across the communications and media markets. Mr. Grainger is responsible for overseeing all sales, account and relationship management activities for TOA Technologies across all targeted industries in the US, Canada and Latin America. Before joining TOA, Mr. Grainger spent four and a half years heading the Americas region for Oracle’s Communication Global Business Unit. Mr. Grainger came to Oracle in 2006 thru its acquisition of Portal Software. There he was a key part of the company’s management team responsible for growing its Latin American market to 20% of its total revenue, with more than 50 customers across the region. Mr. Grainger has also served in a variety of sales and general management roles, spending several years on assignment in Australia, Latin America and Europe.

Vladimir Mitrasinovic — Senior Vice President and General Manager EMEA

Vladimir (Vlad) Mitrasinovic brings more than 25 years of executive leadership expertise in sales, business development and operations in the telecommunications, media, utilities and government sectors, globally.

As General Manager EMEA, Mr. Mitrasinovic is responsible for driving the growth of business and operational excellence in that region. Prior to joining TOA in its London offices, he led MetraTech’s global expansion, through driving sales, marketing and business development across all teams. Before this, he was Managing Director at MaxBill Ltd., where he developed, led, and implemented comprehensive business strategies to establish high-growth operations in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

In addition, Mr. Mitrasinovic held various executive positions in Scitex Corp., Bull and Honeywell where he developed and executed strategies that resulted in operations restructuring and significant business development, both in Americas and EMEA. He earned his bachelor's degree in Computer Science from University of Belgrade in Serbia and LLM, and a Masters Degree in Law from DeMontfort University in the UK.

John Opdycke — Vice President, Marketing

John Opdycke is an expert at marketing B2B software to varied companies worldwide. He has developed strategies and overseen execution on a global scale. Prior to joing TOA Technologies, Mr. Opdycke served as Vice President of Marketing for Hyland Software, where he successfully led all worldwide marketing, branding and lead generation. His department at Hyland oversaw all aspects of marketing. Prior to joining Hyland in 2001, John held marketing positions with several software and technology companies, including Voicetel, PlanSoft and Nextel Communications. He received his B.S. in Public Relations from The Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.

Markus Remark — Vice President, Customer Operations

An enterprise software services veteran, Markus Remark brings over 20 years of experience to TOA Technologies, where he is responsible for overseeing the Pre-Sales, Professional Services and Customer Care teams. With a passion for customer service, Mr. Remark has proven expertise in growing customer operations practices, developing new offerings, and improving customer satisfaction. Prior to joining TOA Technologies, he served as Senior Vice President – Worldwide Services for Motive, a leading customer experience management software provider. He has a track record for making customers succesful in highly competitive international markets for a number of companies including Crossworlds, PeopleSoft and Oracle. Mr. Remark received a master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Applied Sciences in Saarbrücken, Germany.

Alexey Turchyn — Vice President, Technology

Alexey Turchyn brings over 15 years of software development management experience to TOA Technologies, where he leads the research, product design and software development processes. He is responsible for managing implementations at customer locations, finalizing requirements, providing design development and testing, system installation and on-going support during User Acceptance Testing, production rollout and beyond. Before joining TOA in 2003, Mr. Turchyn handled solution delivery for Tier 1 customers at MaxBill Inc, an international telecom billing software vendor. He holds an MA and a BA in Applied Mathematics from Kharkov National University in the Ukraine.

Fred Binstock — Chief Financial Officer

Fred Binstock has spent much of his career helping early-stage companies to grow and build infrastructure in the areas of finance and administration. Before joining TOA, Mr. Binstock was the Chief Financial Officer for a major teleradiology firm. Mr. Binstock has also served as CFO for several companies, including AtomicBox Logistics, a third-party logistics and e-fulfillment firm where he was also a founding member of the executive team; and Controller of Voice-Tel Enterprises, a telecommunications company. Mr. Binstock began his career at Ernst & Young, where he spent 11 years on the audit staff serving numerous clients in various industries.

Jeffrey Wartgow — Vice President, Channels and Alliances

Jeffrey Wartgow is responsible for TOA’s Alliance and Channel Management Team. Prior to his current position, Mr. Wartgow spent two and a half years as a Director at FTI Consulting in San Francisco, where he was charged with developing the company’s first formal partner program. Prior to FTI, Mr. Wartgow served seven years with Dell Inc.. During this time he managed Dell’s Strategic Alliances for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa as well as Dell’s New Partner Evaluation program. In addition, Mr. Wartgow also led Dell’s Competitive Intelligence team focusing on enterprise products. Mr. Wartgow holds a BBA from the University of Notre Dame, an MBA from the University of Colorado, and a Masters of International Management from Thunderbird, The American Graduate School of International Management. Mr. Wartgow is based in Cleveland Ohio.


David Troll — Vice President, North America

David Troll brings more than 15 years of experience forging executive-level customer relationships in service-oriented businesses. Most recently, Mr. Troll served in a variety of management positions at Dun & Bradstreet, where he successfully developed and implemented a sales- and channel-management function to launch a series of new products, integrated the acquired Hoover’s Online business, and drove four-year cumulative growth of over 400% in Hoover’s enterprise sales. Mr. Troll was previously an analyst and editor at Jupiter Communications.

Susan E. McLaughlin — Vice President, Strategic Sales, North America

Susan McLaughlin brings 20 years of marketing and operations experience both at technology startups and Fortune 500 companies to her work at TOA. Ms. McLaughlin was previously a VP of Marketing and Operations for Charter Communications, the US’ third-largest cable and broadband communications company. Prior to Charter, she was marketing consultant to Fortune 500 companies at Maritz, a marketing services company. Ms. McLaughlin has a degree in Communications from University of Missouri-St. Louis, an MA in International Affairs from Washington University, St. Louis, and an MBA from St. Louis University.

Francis Sedgwick Barassi — Vice President of Sales, Latin America

Francis Sedgwick Barassi is responsible for the development and growth of TOA’s Latin American offices and teams. This includes the formation and advancement of TOA’s Latin America and Caribbean sales teams and partner channels, as well as the management of all sales for the region.

Mr. Barassi brings more than 15 years of experience in sales and business development in Latin America and throughout the Caribbean with Fortune 100 companies and startups. He has a successful track record of launching Latin American operations for US-based companies including Oracle Corporation, Siebel Systems/edocs, LHS/Sema Group and Xerox Corporation and is currently in the process of hiring staff for TOA's newest regional offices, in Mexico and Brazil.

Mr. Barssi was consistently a top performing sales executive in his past positions and recently received the Global Top Performer for Oracle. His earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Foreign Service, from Georgetown University and an MBA, from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
