ETAworkforce, a suite of solutions built on the platform, offers Salesforce users full, rapid, near-effortless integration of ETAdirect solutions with tools from Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and other familiar Salesforce products. It includes SmartWorkOrder (for creating and organizing work orders) and SmartScheduler (for scheduling on-site activities according to customer-specified criteria).
