The additions to TOA's management team comes amid continued strong demand in the cable, telecommunications and service industries for innovative, cost-effective Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions that focus on enhancing the customer experience while substantially reducing operational costs.

As general manager, Mr. Troll will report to TOA co-founder and CEO, Yuval Brisker, and will oversee all of TOA's North American business operations. Mr. Troll brings more than 15 years of experience forging executive-level customer relationships in service-oriented businesses. Most recently, Mr. Troll served in a variety of management positions at D&B, where he successfully developed, implemented and led sales and channel-management functions that launched a series of new products to D&B's enterprise customer base. Previously, Mr. Troll served as an executive search consultant with Russell Reynolds Associates and The Landstone Group, both privately held recruiting firms, where he spearheaded the companies' sales initiatives for new products and services.
As vice president of marketing, Mr. Gershik will be responsible for driving new marketing and growth strategies. Mr. Gershik joins TOA with more than 15 years of experience in brand building, demand generation and corporate marketing. Prior to TOA, Mr. Gershik served as the vice president of marketing innovation for Eloqua, Ltd., the leader in automated demand generation applications, where he was instrumental in growing company revenue more than 3,000% over three years and building the company's awareness and customer marketing program. Mr. Gershik also led Internet marketing at Nuance, the leading provider of speech and imaging solutions. An avid champion of advancing CRM technologies, Mr. Gershik is a recognized expert in Internet-based sales and marketing alignment and has spoken at marketing events around the world about best practices in marketing operations.
