TOA Technologies hires Brian Cook as chief financial officer
With seven consecutive years of high double-digit growth, TOA bolsters its executive team in support

CLEVELAND — Aug. 2, 2012 —TOA Technologies, the leader in cloud-basedmobile workforce management solutions, has hired Brian Cook as its new chief financial officer. Since the company was founded in 2003, it has grown from a start-up to a high-growth company, with 2012 marking seven consecutive years of high double-digit growth. A former CFO and investment banker with global technology, telecommunications and media companies, Cook will help to position TOA for continued financial growth.

With more than 27 years of financial and entrepreneurial experience, Cook most recently directed the financial operations for German and U.S.-based businesses. Throughout his career, Cook has worked in the digital entertainment, telecommunications and cable operations markets, including for B-to-B software as a service (SaaS) solutions.
